Hvilla.
School project to design a villa made for a user that had to be made up. This villa has been designed for a family of 6 people. Husband and wife in their mid 40tees, one son and three daughters (teenagers).
The husband works as an psychologist from home, he works with disabled people in particular. The wife works as and CEO at a big administrative company. All the children are still going to a sort of school. The family asked for a big eating area where there would be enough space to do some (home)work. The first floor has three bedrooms for the three daughters who will share there bathroom and clothing room. The second floor has on the left a working area for the husband and on the right two bedrooms witch share the bathroom.
ground plan and cross-cut.

The villa has an elevator for the disabled people who have to go up stairs to the working area of the husband. Because all elevators get broken once upon a time and to make it more friendly for disabled people the house got a ramp. And thats also the reason why the design has a split level plan. that way the ramps length can be divided into half.
